Preferred Capital Inc was founded in 2008 as Capital Energy Holdings, by merging partners and corporate entities involved in energy, finance and real estate. In 2015 the original shareholders parted ways and Preferred Capital Inc was formed.
We invest only our own funds. With the exception of our lines of credit, we rarely, if ever, accept funds from outside sources. Presently we act as a Family Office investing our own funds.
In the past, we offered relocation services to companies wanting to relocate to Nevada. We refer you to attorneys, real estate agents, bankers, corporation formation firms if necessary and whatever else you may require to move to Nevada.
Please note that we do not invest in any businesses involved in what are considered high risk industries, such as gambling, cannabis sales and other high risk industries as defined by our legal counsel.
